Vern has been professionally tattooing for almost two decades in northern California.  An artist most of his life, he collects ethnic art including pieces from Africa, Japan, New Guinea, Indonesia, and Thailand.  In addition to tattooing, Vern is an accomplished sketch artist, painter and he enjoys making sterling silver jewelry - including pieces for many famous people including Bon Jovi!

As one of Sacramento's premier tattoo artists, Vern specializes in custom tattoo work including original drawings, portraits, cover ups, renewing old tats.  While his work is influenced by Asian cultures having spent six years in Asia, he is an accomplished tattoo artist and can create just about any tattoo design you might be able to imagine.  You can view Vern's portfolio of Tattoo works.

In addition to being a tattoo enthusiast and artist, Vern is a SCUBA diver, practices Martial arts and is a practicing Buddhist.  Some of his favorite possessions are his Harley Davidson, his Rat Rod, vintage pickup and his Scion XB which he says is too much fun.  His favorite companion is (was) his German Shepard dog (now gone).  Now Vern has a blind dog! :)

Vern has several tattoos including portraits of both of his parents, several pinup girls and is currently experimenting with tattooing himself!
